Description

The Kopf Snare design has very crisp snare and slap and a very punchy-low bass tone. The Birch Series Snare Cajon is constructed from the highest quality Baltic Birch Plywood available. The shell is a full  1" thick which makes for a very strong shell. The duel 1/8" baltic playing surfaces are attached with steel screws that can be adjusted to your liking. This design provides a very crisp snare-slap and a very low -punchy bass tone. The screws are black oxide coated to prevent corrosion. One of the playing surfaces has 4 non-adjustable snares and the other surface has no snares for a natural tone. The semi-gloss finish is hand-rubbed to keep it as delicate as possible and preserve the tone of the drum while still providing protection. There are 4 steel reinforced rubber feet on the bottom of the cajon for non-slip playing. It also has an upholstered vinyl seat and rounded corners.

If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may return items in like new conditions within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. In Addition KOPF warrants all KOPF Percussion, KOPF Hardware from defects in material or workmanship. If the product shows any sign of material or workmanship defect, we will replace it at no charge for a period of three (3) years commencing on the date of original retail purchase through an Authorized KOPF Percussion Dealer. KOPF will not guarantee any product that has been lost or damaged by accident, neglect or misuse; including any product that has been altered or been repaired by a non-authorized dealer or individual.     I looked all over the place for a Cajon well I found Steve's website. It is so nice and refreshing to finally find somebody who understands what customer service is. I wasn't sure which model in the S Series would be right for me so I gave Steve a call and believe it or not I actually spoke to someone who knew what they was talking about. In fact I spoke to Steve himself. It was very helpful and pointed me in the right direction . A Plus customer service.. The drum is exactly what I was looking for. It has a huge deep bass tone and the snares are very clear. Quality Quality quality that's all I can say.

    I heard a guy at a club playing one of these. I talked to him after the show and found out about it. I went home and ordered it. I recieved it 3 days later. I was impressed before I even got it out of the box because of how good it was packaged. It sound great. I

    This is the best cajon for the money on the market in my opinion. It delivers everything a professional level cajon should. It has the responsive snares and big bass all the while keeping the bass and the snares separated. This upholstered seat is a very nice touch too.

    Great Touring Cajon

    My band has starting doing alot more acoustic shows so I wanted to ad a cajon to the mix. I wanted quality....and I wanted to buy American if possible. I wanted a big round bass tone and responsive snares. Basically, I was looking for a drum kit sound, in a cajon. This drum does just that. Great product!

    This is just what I was looking for. I wanted a USA made cajon that had a big bottom end and great snares. This drum does just that. No regrets at all.

    Big fat bass tone, nice sharp snares. Just what I was looking for. Beautiful drum....I recommend this drum to anyone looking for a professional quality cajon at a great price.

    Top end instrument, mid-range price

    With deep, clean bass notes, a fat, crisp snare sound, and cutting claps in the corners, this cajon has so much more character than any of the others I've played in its price range. The double-playing surface is a great touch as well, and the non-snare side provides a more traditional Peruvian style that really highlights the birch's natural sonic quality. Its looks are the cherry on top -- I leave it out in my living room as a conversation starter and for spontaneous jams!

    Your not going to beat this cajon !

    For $230 you will never find a cajon that is at this level. I based my decision to purchase this cajon on customer reviews and the videos that were available. I am just thrilled by this instrument. It has a really big bottom end and the snare are just right. I love how the bass notes don't have snare in them as well. This drum stunning to look at to....looks like furniture! I am so glad that I decided to go with this one.
